3.2.5.3. Transferring parts from PARTsolutions modules

Parts from PARTsolutions modules, e.g. PARTdataManager, can be transferred to PARTbom as follows:

  1. Select a part or assembly by clicking on a table row.

  2. Add the part to the folder Check-in (or Bill of material) via Transfer to Bill of Materials (PARTbom) command (also see Section 3.2.2.1, “Variant 1 – opening from PARTsolutions”).

[Note] Note

Company specific assemblies are left the same in their structure after transfer to PARTbom. They are secured and cannot be enhanced, reduced, deleted or changed in their order.
